The best resources for perimenopause and hormone health

There is a LOT of conflicting information out there on hormone health, the perimenopause > menopause transition, and how to go about treating symptoms. I’ve found these to be the most consistent, research-backed, and informative.

The truth tellers here might bring out a little rage, but they can also help you build a solid plan for what to do next.

Of course, no list would be complete without mentioning my growing database of solution providers. My own big sis shopped from this list, chose Midi, and is now following a new care plan after years of struggling to manage symptoms working with her primary care provider in Portland.
